We have updated the prize structure!

Hello Developers!

We have a piece of good news to share. The prize structure has been changed a little and yet benefits more participants.

Major changes

Most of the submission ideas were applicable across CX/IT domains; for example, a project that helps the user manage links makes sense for Freshdesk and Freshservice.

We have broken the silos, and now we have one common award category for top awards "The champions and Runners up".

We have also increased the prize quantum for Bold engineering and the Innovative Leap of Faith from $1000 to $4000. Other prizes are still the same, and all the eligible projects will be awarded.
