Dear Participants,
The announcements related to prizes expected to be reflected on the app challenge is delayed by a couple more days and that’s the reason we will need some more time in announcing the winners.
The results announced during the awards ceremony holds accurate. The cause of this delay has to do with updating the prize structure.
We are hoping this reflection to happen on or before 18 November 2021. Regret the operational challenges. Appreciate your patience!

We have updated the prize structure!
Hello Developers!
We have a piece of good news to share. The prize structure has been changed a little and yet benefits more participants.
Major changes
Most of the submission ideas were applicable across CX/IT domains; for example, a project that helps the user manage links makes sense for Freshdesk and Freshservice.
We have broken the silos, and now we have one common award category for top awards "The champions and Runners up".
We have also increased the prize quantum for Bold engineering and the Innovative Leap of Faith from $1000 to $4000. Other prizes are still the same, and…

Have you started building yet?
With a feasible idea under your belt, you can start to finalize the details of what you want your user to experience and go “Wow!”. The pieces should help you decide what is a must-have versus what is just nice-to-have.
This is also a great time to put your sketching skills to use - try to picture how the user will experience your app and identify the required visual components.
