external app with improved machine learning capability

We noticed that external apps are not allowed, we thought of adding additional functionality to your freshdesk bots, tweet based personality classification for high priority twitter sourced tickets. It is our understanding that classifying personality of a customer based on tweets could help improve agent-customer communications. In light of the goal, would this code be considered?

    We will certainly take this as a feedback to make app challenge inclusive of external apps next time.

    One way, I could suggest is to have the system expose an endpoint. You can make API call to the Middleware (system where bots, classification are being run) and render response or as a iframe within the App as suitable for the use case. This would be considered valid.

    Streamlit app is running on aws. There is an interface. Processing power is limited but its worth the wait for the output.
