Latest time for submission

Is the latest time for submission 12:00 IST or 9:00 PM IST today? I see two different times at different places.

    Hey Atif! I want to apologize for the miss information. The latest time for submission is 12:00 PM IST. If you need some more hours, I can talk to the team and let you know. But I would appreciate it if you could submit it before 12:00 PM IST.

    Hi Juhi, it would be cool if we can get a few hours extra. I am working on CEST (about 5 hours behind IST) and it might also be of help for anyone who is working on American time zones.
